Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Turkish-Russian relations are not only a regional issue, but also an important topic within the general dynamics of international relations. Throughout history, relations between the two countries have not been limited to their immediate neighborhood, but have developed into influential relationships in the international system. Especially in the post-Cold War period, the decline of global polarization and the emergence of new power relations have led to significant changes in relations between T\u00fcrkiye and Russia.
