It is undeniable that technology has played a central role at crucial points in history. Technology is a powerful tool that not only influences one&#8217;s own development, but also shapes the environment. states tend to use technology as a strategic advantage in their international relations. The artificial intelligence created by technology and the progress made in this field are increasingly becoming the focus of the global superpowers, particularly the USA and China. The main objective of this study is to analyze the changes that China&#8217;s and the USA&#8217;s investments in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies will bring about.
