The room for strategic maneuvering and advocacy capacities of all state actors in the contemporary international system may be fundamentally determined by their ability to adapt to three important and accelerating Eurasian trends. The first of these is the growing contrast between integration in the realm of economies and fragmentation in the realm of security. The second trend is the growing visibility, acceptance, membership and scope of pan- (Eurasian) ideas, agreements and institutions that are less relevant to external powers. The third trend, and perhaps the most significant at the level of individual states’ strategic planning, is the reconnection of the various sub-regions of Eurasia into a more integrated strategic and economic space.
In this context, Eurasia Center pays particular attention to research findings on phenomena in the Eurasian region and provides a forum for sharing them, including through the Conference of the Dawn of Eurasia.
The Eurasia Center welcomes presentations analyzing developments in Eurasia regarding the following topics,
- economics,
- politics,
- social studies,
- technology,
- finance, (Eurasian financial centers)
- megatrends,
- sustainability,
- and infrastructure.
